Resorts World Genting - Resort Hotel, Genting Highlands

I chose this hotel to escape the bigger crowds, and it offered a spacious room with great amenities. However, the bedding could be better, and both check-in and breakfast arrangements left a lot to be desired. The location is decent, but the dining options could use improvement, and the lack of in-room dining was disappointing.

My stay at the Resort Hotel was a mixed experience. The room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials, but the cleanliness of the bedding left much to be desired. I loved the nostalgic indoor arcade, adding a fun aspect to my visit. However, the breakfast situation was quite disappointing, especially since we had to travel to a different hotel for it, and the food quality was below expectations.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mix of experiences. The room was spacious, providing enough space for my kids to play around, which we loved. However, there were some significant downsides like the absence of Wi-Fi in rooms and limited dining options since you had to walk a bit to find meals. Although the pricing was reasonable, the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable at times, especially with the noise coming from outside.

I booked this hotel for a two-night family stay during the busy December season, and overall, it turned out to be a reasonable choice. The room was spacious and clean, and the parking was accessible from the basement. However, I was disappointed to find out the breakfast wasn't on-site but at a location 10 minutes away. Given the options around, I wouldn't recommend adding breakfast. It’s definitely a good place for families visiting the attractions without the clutter of crowds during peak times.
